PLEASE READ EVERYTHING before submitting!!! I have people submit this and then not even 10 min later are asking me questions that are answered in the application!! PLEASE do not waste my time OR your time. The CONTRACT and FAQ pages are VERY important!! I do not take this lightly and you shouldn't either!

DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION WITH ALL YES OR NO ANSWERS! THAT TELLS ME ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT YOU OR THE HOME YOU PLAN TO PROVIDE FOR ONE OF MY PUPPIES! TAKE THE TIME TO THINK AND ANSWER THOUGHTFULLY!
